Returns & Product Issues Statement

Futuretech Components is committed to providing customers with reliable electronic components and supply chain services. All products undergo comprehensive inspection and verification prior to shipment, with the scope of inspection subject to customer approval. As a result, quality issues are rare. However, we understand that during the procurement of components, occasional discrepancies, transit damage, or delivery variances may occur. The following outlines our general procedures for handling returns and product-related concerns:


1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)


All returns must be pre-approved in writing by Futuretech Components and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be processed.


Customers are required to provide order details, product label photos, and a description of the issue to facilitate evaluation of the return request.



2. Acceptable Return Conditions


Return or replacement requests will be considered under the following conditions:


The product received does not match the order in terms of model, quantity, or brand;


The product is visibly damaged during transportation (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery);


The product has functional defects not caused by human error or misuse, with a written test report and failure analysis images provided by the customer;


Other exceptional circumstances mutually confirmed through prior agreement.



3. Non-Acceptable Return Conditions


We generally do not accept returns under the following circumstances:


The product is damaged due to causes not attributable to our company;


The customer has ordered the wrong product or part number;


The product is a custom order, specially sourced, or a non-standard stock item;


The product lacks original packaging or has damaged labels, making it untraceable.



4. Return Handling and Liability


If the issue is determined to be the responsibility of Futuretech Components, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a refund or replacement.


If the issue is due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and any applicable handling fees.


Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or applied as a credit against future invoices, as agreed upon by both parties.
