All for AI, All for Green — Elexcon 2025 Highlights

August 26, 2025 — The 22nd Shenzhen International Electronics and Embedded Expo (Elexcon 2025) opened at the Shenzhen, organized by Informa Creative Exhibition.

This year's theme, “All for AI, All for Green,” highlights the industry's dual pursuit of artificial intelligence applications and sustainable electronics. The show covers embedded AI, edge computing, storage, power semiconductors, power supply, components, and advanced packaging, aiming to provide full-stack technical and supply chain support for engineers and industry decision-makers.

Embedded Technology Conference

Running alongside the exhibition, the 7th China Embedded Technology Conference brought together global leaders including Qualcomm, Renesas, Arm, NXP, Leadshine, and Volcano Engine. Discussions centered on embedded AI, edge AI, on-device AI, and embodied intelligence.

Qualcomm's keynote stood out, presented by Dalong Li, Director of Product Marketing. Titled “Smart Empowerment and Open Collaboration: Unlocking the Potential of Edge AI,” the session explored how computing and connectivity will shape the future of IoT. Li also introduced Qualcomm's Leapdragon brand, launched earlier this year.

Leapdragon offers industrial-grade products designed for demanding environments, supporting –40°C to 125°C operation, over 10 years of lifecycle, and up to 100 TOPS of AI performance. With applications across industrial IoT, networking, and cellular infrastructure, the platform reflects Qualcomm’s long-term expertise in AI, computing, and communications. Li emphasized that ecosystem partnerships remain central, with Qualcomm co-releasing IoT application case studies with more than 70 partners across ten industries.

Power and Semiconductor Solutions

Power electronics featured strongly. Texas Instruments showcased new digital power control strategies for LLC converters, while Top Power Semiconductor presented its LD7771/T integrated PFC + LLC Combo solution for medium- to high-power applications.

Broad Industry Participation

More than 400 global suppliers exhibited at Elexcon 2025, including Advantech, Avalue, SEGGER, Wind River, Renesas, T-Head (DAMO Academy), Nationz Technologies, MindMotion, and Zhiduojing. Over 15 professional forums ran in parallel, covering AI computing power, intelligent cockpits, new energy vehicle powertrain technologies, and advanced packaging.
This year's show also introduced special demo zones for AI-powered toys, robotics, and smart glasses, attracting strong attention from both engineers and tech enthusiasts.

Developer & Engineer Carnival

The Kaifa Gala – Greater Bay Area Developer & Engineer Carnival brought together 50+ developer communities and welcomed more than 10,000 engineers. The event featured live demonstrations, free development boards, and interactive workshops, offering participants an opportunity to engage with the latest embedded and AI solutions.
